BlissFit offers High Intensity Trampoline Fitness Classes, also known as Rebounding.

Rebounding is an aerobic fitness designed to improve your hearts health, and works every cell in your body

Rebounding can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone, with no age restriction!

Our classes are not for the faint hearted, but we can guarantee it will be the most fun you ever have exercising!

 


Join us for a class to see just how much fun exercising can be!

Our classes are a total of 45 minutes long.
It consists of 30 minutes HIIT jumping & 15 minutes of muscle training.

 

Our Class Times:

Mondays to Thursdays

07:15 - 08:00

17:30 - 18:15

 

Fridays

07:15 - 08:00

 

Saturdays

07:15 - 07:45

We only have class every 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month
